Los Angeles-based American illustrator, model, and actress Lauren Tsai has partnered with acclaimed Japanese toymaker Medicom Toys to release an exclusive set of Bearbrick figures. This marks the first collaboration between Tsai and Medicom Toys, known for their highly collectible designer toys.
The Bearbrick Lauren Tsai set consists of two sizes: a 400% scale figure measuring 28 inches tall and a 100% scale figure standing at 7 inches tall. Both figures feature Tsai's signature artistic style, which is characterized by vibrant colors, bold lines, and whimsical characters.
The 400% Bearbrick is adorned with an intricate design featuring a bright pink and blue color scheme, along with Tsai's signature characters and motifs. The 100% Bearbrick features a more minimalist design, with a white base color and subtle pink accents.
The Bearbrick Lauren Tsai set is part of Medicom Toys' SERIES 38 collection and will be available for purchase on August 28th, 2023, through select retailers worldwide.
